Every template on DigiShare is offered at no cost. There is no checkout, no payment step and no account, so there is nothing to refund and no billing data is collected.
If a download does not work
Occasionally a file host link expires or a pack gets moved. If a download button leads nowhere, or a file will not open:
- Try the button again — hosted links occasionally need a second request.
- Check that your device can open SVG and PDF files. Any modern browser opens PDFs; SVG opens in browsers and in Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Inkscape and similar programs.
- Email us at [email protected] with the page address and we will refresh the link.
Refunds for paid items
We do not currently sell products through this site, so no refund process applies. If that changes, this page will be updated before any paid item goes live.
