Questions about a template, a broken download link, or using one of our files in a project? Email us and we will get back to you.
Before you write
- Broken download link? Send us the page address and we will refresh it.
- Trouble opening an SVG? SVG files open in Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Inkscape and any current web browser.
- Trouble with a PDF? Print at 100% scale — do not select “fit to page”, which shrinks the design.
